Quality Assurance
Our quality assurance system is based on the following:
Work programs
This will enable us to maintain a work program setting out the daily duty schedules and periodic duties. This program will be updated when work is completed or changes are made according to special requests made by the client:
- Job description for all staff
- Work schedules for each shift in all areas
- A staff roster stating the starting and finishing times of all staff to be employed
Health and safety at work
- As an integral part of staff training, each staff member is trained on the policies, rules, procedures and safety standards of the company on the site where they are employed
- Where protective gears, safety glasses, helmets, shoes or other articles are required, this would be supplied and strict adherence to their use would be policed by supervisor or management staff.
- Staff attend induction programs and are provided with "Think Safety" literature.
Chemicals and equipments
- Data sheets on all cleaning products used by cleaning staff will be made available upon request
- Electrical or other equipment's supplied will comply with the site regulation as standard
Uniforms
- All staff wear uniforms displaying the "Chads Cleaning Services" logo and are to be kept clean and presentable at all times.
